This policy explains what information we handle when builders, their teams and channel partners use the platform, and how buyer data entered by builders is protected.
Account data is information about the builder organisation and its users, such as names, work emails, roles and billing details. Buyer data is information the builder brings into the platform about property enquirers and customers, such as contact details, unit preferences, site visit notes, booking records and payment schedules. For buyer data, the builder decides what is collected and why, and we process it on the builder's instructions.
Details submitted through signup and contact forms; account settings and user roles; lead, inventory, booking and payment records created by your team; enquiries received from connected sources such as property portals, lead ads and project websites; and technical logs such as sign-in times, device type and IP address used to keep accounts secure.
To run the features you use, including enquiry capture, Buyer Intent AI scoring, site visit reminders, demand letters and reports; to provide support and onboarding; to secure accounts and detect misuse; and to send service notices about your account. We do not use buyer data to market our own services to your buyers.
Lead scores are produced from activity recorded against each lead inside your account, such as brochure opens, floor plan views, call outcomes and visit feedback. Scores are guidance for your sales team and are not used to make decisions about any buyer on our side. Buyer data from one builder is never used to score leads for another builder.
Buyer data is never sold, rented or shared with other builders, brokers outside your network or data brokers. Channel partners see only the leads they registered and the information you choose to share with them.
Messages to buyers are sent on behalf of the builder, through channels the buyer has agreed to. Opt-out requests received through any message are recorded against the lead and honoured across reminders and campaigns.
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They receive only what is needed to perform their service and are bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside your account is controlled by roles you assign, and changes to leads, units, bookings and payments are logged. Our staff access customer accounts only to provide support you request or to keep the service secure.
Account and buyer data is kept while your subscription is active. After cancellation, data remains available for export for 30 days and is then deleted from active systems, except where records must be kept to meet legal or tax obligations.
Account users can update their details in settings or ask us to correct or delete them. Buyers who want to access or remove their information should contact the builder they dealt with; we will help the builder respond.
The website uses only the cookies needed to run forms, captcha checks and signed-in sessions. We do not use advertising cookies.
